Terms & Conditions

1. With the confirmation of the tour package with us, you give your consent to agree with our following terms of services
2. All sites mentioned in the package will be covered once during the tour. Please note that you won’t be driven for a particular sight more than once.
3. Mystical Himachal acts as an agent for its third party providers and distributors for all products and services purchased by you on this website.
4. Check-In time in hotels is 12:00 p.m. or after and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. or before. In case of early Check-In or late Check-Out, you might be charged early check-in fee or late check-out fee respectively by hotels, which will be directly payable on-spot.
5. In case Mystical Himachal is unable to provide you with the taxis or hotels mentioned in the package because of lesser availability, you’ll be provided with a similar taxi or hotels.

7. Mystical Himachal prepares the package as per customer’s requirement and request. Note that our quotation is customizable only before finalization of the quote. When the package gets finalized, no changes will be entertained in this final package itinerary.
8. In case a customer refuses to take the benefits of the service on commencement of the tour or during the tour, s/he still has to pay according to the voucher we have created and shared with the customer. No relaxation will be given in the amount whether s/he accomplish whole tour according to quotation or not.
9. It is advisable for clients not to modify the tour plan during the tour. But in case a customer wishes to include a new place for sightseeing which is not mentioned in the final quote or package, s/he will be charged accordingly on spot for sightseeing s/he wishes for. Mystical Himachal would assist you in that case, but should not be held responsible for failure of services or any other issue that might arise during the modified tour.
10. In case a customer wishes to terminate the tour in between travel dates, s/he still has to pay the amount according to the voucher we have created and shared with the customer.
11. Client will have to pay according to the voucher even if s/he does not check in to hotels we provide.
12. AC service will be switched off in hilly areas. To enable AC during a journey in hilly areas, you have to pay extra, which will be directly charged on-spot.
13. Any violation of rules / misbehavior / offence with our staff / driver / travel agent / hotelier will not be tolerated. In this case our services will be terminated without any written notice.
14. In case of any offence the matter will be dealt under local jurisdiction only.
15. Mystical Himachal in any case whatsoever, is not responsible for the damage or misplacement of the belongings of the client.

Privacy Policy

6. Retention: Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill travel-related obligations or comply with legal requirements.
7. Opt-Out: You can opt-out of promotional communications anytime, without affecting essential travel services.
8. Access & Correction: You can request access or correction of your personal information by contacting us.
9. Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and gather non-personal data for analytics.
10. Policy Updates: Any changes to this policy will be communicated on our website.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation of the deals with us, your money will refund to you as per our cancellation policy. Customers are advised to review the full cancellation policy before making any bookings.
2. Before 30 days of starting of tour: 90% of amount paid will be refunded. Afterwards 50% of amount will be refunded.
3. 30 - 15 days before starting of tour: 50% of amount will be refunded.
4. 15 days before starting of the tour: 30% of the amount will be refunded.
5. Day before or same day of tour commencement: No refund.
6. Cancellation after the day of commencement of tour: You won’t get any refund if cancellation is done on or after the day of starting of tour.
7. There will be no refund in case your taxi faces technical or mechanical issues during tour.
8. No refund in case sightseeing is restricted as a result of natural calamities such as landslides, earthquake, heavy rainfall or snowfall and any other possibilities which are beyond our control.
9. Token money will not be refunded in any case.
Note: You’ll be refunded within 2 months from date of initiation of refund.
