From Mar-June is the best time to visit Himachal (spring to early summer). You can go for a treks like Triyund, Hamta pass, Malana village, Tosh, Kheerganga, Brigu lake, Bijli Mahadev, Jogini waterfall, Raghupur fort trek etc. Also you can do River rafting & paragliding etc. Famous paragliding spots of Himachal are Bir billing and Kullu - in solang valley & Dhobi. This time duration is also best for Camping in Mountains. Dec-Feb is the best time for Snow adventure in Himachal. You can do Skiing & snowboarding in Kufri, Solang valley, Narkanda etc. and also can do camping in winters. Sethan Village at Hamta Pass road, Kullu famous for igloo stays in Kullu Manali. Avoid July-Aug for adveture activities because this is a Monsoon season time. Heavy rains can cause landslides and slippery trails. Most adventure activities are closed or not recommended during this time by local experts.
